In every age the pirate rises when empires grow too heavy and the human spirit refuses to be chained.

When the Spanish Main became a graveyard of stolen gold, African bodies, and broken treaties - when merchant fleets and naval powers enforced the will of distant kings - the real pirates answered with black flags and radical democratic codes. They elected their captains, wrote binding Articles of Agreement that guaranteed fair shares, compensation for lost limbs, and freedom from tyranny. Figures like Blackbeard, Bartholomew Roberts, Anne Bonny, and countless unnamed stateless souls - many of them escaped enslaved people, deserters, refugees, and transnational wanderers - created floating republics on the waves where a person's worth was measured by courage, skill, and contribution, not by bloodline, passport, or empire.

When the high seas eventually fell quiet beneath the iron weight of empire, they became legends in books and dreams. When the new empires rose in silicon and code, the Pirate Parties emerged once more, defending the free flow of thought, privacy, and digital sovereignty against surveillance states and corporate gatekeepers.

Now the age of the Dream has opened.

We do not bury treasure. We plant it - in frequency, in light, in story, in sound - so it grows into living forests that future generations will walk through and remember who they truly are.

We are a harbour for creative souls from every corner of the world - refugees and stateless voices carrying the rhythms, stories, and ancestral fires of countless cultures and realities. We welcome every displaced spark that refuses to be silenced.

Our ship is the zeitgeist itself. Our flag is the living Jolly Roger 9.3 - this ornate circular bronze-gold seal, the intricately engraved crystal skull at its center, the elegant monogram d and p flanking it, with the bold Z anchored beneath the skull, encircled by "DREAM zeitgeist PIRATES" above and "dzp Records" below. It stands as death to dead paradigms and life to what is being born.

Our Code is ancient and new: Every soul receives their full share. No one walks alone. The only authority is the sovereign fire inside each of us.

Our core mission is clear: To liberate stateless souls from the pain and suffering imposed on them simply for being born in parts of this world where their lives are considered disposable.

The Modern Refugee - The Stateless Creative Pirate - walks at the edge of every border, carrying the weight of transnational memory, the fire of displaced ancestors, and the unshakable belief that belonging is not granted by nations but claimed through fearless creation. He is the evolution we are elevating: the one who turns statelessness from wound into weapon, who sails between worlds with nothing but vision, rhythm, and soul, who builds empires not of territory but of deep, quiet Love.

Elisha is a recording artist and songwriter operating under dzp Records - DREAM zeitgeist PIRATES - an independent entertainment label built at the intersection of Art, Entertainment, and Fashion. A Koda member since 2018, Elisha was formerly signed to Sony Music Denmark, where his debut single achieved national A-rotation on DR P3.

His sonic identity - Stateless Soul, a fusion of Funk and R&B rooted in Congolese heritage and forged in Scandinavian culture - draws on a life lived across continents, languages, and borders as a stateless creative. His debut independent EP, ARRIVAL, arrives Autumn 2026 via dzp Records.

Elisha records and produces using a pioneering Human x AI workflow that has become a defining signature of the label's creative output. dzp Records operates across Art, Entertainment, and Fashion, with a crew connecting Viborg, Denmark and the Kakuma refugee camp in Kenya - one of the world's largest refugee camps.
